Fantastic program
This is just what Ive been looking for. It is almost exactly like "The Beginning Runners Handbook" walk/run program by The Sport Medicine Council of B.C.but this is so fantastic because it tells you when to walk and run instead of trying to hear the beep on your programmed wristwatch.
Big Plus is using my own music. I have done the Podcast for Runners by Robert Ullrey which is also great but the techno music is not for everyone. Just a great app for the beginning (or returning) runner.
