Im in my late 30s, a good 20lb overweight, and used to think 400m was a long distance run when I was at school. Now Im in week 4 of this programme, and I have already managed a 5k - something I never imagined Id do even a month ago.
The app itself is beautifully designed, even though it spends most of its time running in your pocket. The beeps and voice cues are great for nudging you out of your current zone and into the next, and playing music from inside the app works great.
