It Works
Hard to imagine after running 10km and doing it three times a week now, that only thirteen weeks ago I was struggling with a interval run of around one minute and loving those walk intervals
The App does a nice job of ramping the difficulty up and at times it felt like the next run would be beyond my limits, but each milestone was overcome and left me feeling exhausted but happy
I would easily recommend this App to anyone who might enjoy running but cant seem to get motivated, running can be difficult to begin but its definitely rewarding when you finish
Make sure your iPhone is not on silent mode before beginning otherwise you will miss the prompts during your workout
The stretches provided are a good addition, as a novice I found them excellent and have found my overall flexibility improving
