Ive used it only a couple times on a treadmill, and I love it. I understand it cant track distance for treadmill use but I wish I was able to manually enter the distance and calories burned.

I have been using this app for 8 weeks. At the 6 week mark there was an update that caused it to no longer track my mileage & pace per mile. Very frustrating - I paid for this app to work. I now wear a pedometer to track my mileage and hoping my pace is increasing. Other than that I love the simplicity of it - the stretching after is great!
I really like this app. I am on week 5 right now and plan on participating in at least one 10k this summer. It would be nice if the app worked with the screen locked.
I bought this app during a much earlier version, and I was disappointed. For example, it had no GPS tie-in! Now, the app is much, much better. The only qualms I have with it are minor. For example, the screen layout is not very well thought out. While running, there is a countdown of time remaining for each interval, and that is fine. But, there is a lot of wasted space while mid-workout, yet the font for other info is so small that you cant possibly read it while running.
I worked my way up from the 5k version and was living this week until week 5 when it quit tracking mileage and pace. I love the program itself but hate that I cant compare it to anything anymore. Hope it gets fixed!
Ive really enjoyed this app for the most part, but the latest update has changed the graphics to a bunch of cutesy-poo cartoons...Ill be reverting to an older version that doesnt seem like if was made for five year olds.
Ive used this app twice now and love it! I have tried several other c25k and c210k apps and they are either too complicated or too simple. This one has a very realistic running schedule for a true beginner. No quick jumps that will leave you exhausted, frustrated or injured with shin splints. It also helps that you can listen to your music simply.
It’s a thoughtfully designed app. Attractive to look at. Well-suited for the purpose. Company actually answers their tech support mail and lends a hand when you need it. Mirroring notifications on Apple Watch is very helpful. Highly recommended. [Note to other customers or those considering a purchase - if the app asks you to enable Location Services but you don’t want to, head over to Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services and set the app to “Never” use LS. It’ll stop asking once you do that.]
Good try it and youll like it.
Decent program, pretty graphics. Major drawback--it needs the screen to be on the app (and lit) to send the audio cues to change pace. Keeping the screen on is a terrible battery drain!
In a sea of running apps available I like this one most. Its interface and training program are superior to the others in my opinion. It seems to get better with each update. Id like to see some improvement to the watch app though. It needs more stand alone features. I stopped running with my phone when I upgraded to the 6plus. It is just way to big to run with. Currently I am unable to start the app from the watch when the phone isnt present. Also, Id like the watch to vibrate/chime between intervals.
