Distance?

I just started using this app. Ive been a runner for about 4 months. I wish it told you the total distance youd run when you were finished. I really enjoy watching the miles rack up. It would also be great if it would integrate with other sites like Daily Mile or even Run Keeper. I like to see my weekly stats. That being said, I really like the voice prompts and the ease of the program. The integration with my iPod is seamless and I like the ease of running vs walking. Its a great way to stay in shape.

Finally a way to enjoy running!

Ever since I was a teenager Ive hated running - loved it in concept, hated it whenever I tried to start up. Id always run too fast or too far before my body was used to it. Plus Id get really bored which didnt help. Now, 30 years later, with this app Im actually sticking to this interval training program and enjoying both the process of each workout, and the way I feel afterwards. Im actually looking forward to each workout! That alone is amazing. I agree with the previous reviewer that it would be great if there were integration with a web site to track my progress & a display of mileage. It would also be good if the main screen showed which interval you are on during a workout. But overall Im thrilled that this thing is helping me get and, more importantly, STAY running! Thanks for a great app.

Just did my 10k

I guess I wouldnt quite be a case of couch to 10k cause Im already a pretty in shape person. But before starting the program I doubt that I could have run 2miles without feeling like I was killing myself. It only took me about a month to build myself up to a 10k!!!!!

Whens my next run?

Ive been using this app to get back into running shape and at week five, when the intervals start to increase, Im actually loving it! Overall I feel stronger and generally so much better. I did workout two days in a row (busy week) and man did the second day hurt. Suggest trying to space out the days if you can. A small glitch I found is I cant seem to skip a song using the smaller controller on my headphone wire. I have the earbuds specific for an iPhone. Other than that Im looking forward to my next run!

Love love love

This app totally changed my life! I stopped for a few weeks because of holiday chaos and started where I stopped and I was fine! Love this app. I got in shape and after the runs it was easier for me to resist bad foods! Totally worth the two dollars!

Confidence builder!

Regardless of what my time is, I feel ready to do my first 10k! This app has been fabulous!

Crashes

Bought this app for five dollars and was excited to start running again. For the first thirty minutes it kept going backwards and restarting my times and runs. I was disappointed since I had paid so much and it messed up my whole run. Hopefully it gets fixed

Only thing missing is integration with a gps running program like runkeeper.

Trust the process!

It seems impossible to believe that a non-runner (me) could, in 13 weeks, be ready to run an entire 10k! Just trust the process, and watch the magic! I did make sure in the final 2 weeks that I ran 6+ miles 3x, to give myself confidence on race day. The app guided me through stretches and training. Also lowered my resting heart rate and blood pressure significantly. Best $4.99 Ive ever spent!

Great Way to Train for a 10k.

This app works! I have been using it for about six weeks. I started with Week 4, which has you doing 2 min running/3 min walking. It was a bit of a challenge. Today, I ran five miles straight. Never would have seen myself doing this six weeks ago My 10k is in three weeks. I have no doubt Ill be ready. Definitely try this app - simple but effective.

Great app!

It is great for what it is. I use another program in the background for a GPS tracker and they both talk to me during my workout. I would love to see a half marathon and full marathon trainer as well!

Great App

Love the new animated stretch exercises! Have had this app for a while & its been a great way to ease into running.

Tells you what stretches to do and how long. GPS, music, heart rate, its the best!

Dissatisfied

I was really excited to try this app. On my first run I could hear the prompts but then my music crashed. On the second run my music did not crash but the audio prompts disappeared. I like the idea of this trainer but I need to hear music as I train.

Neverending Audio Issues

No audio cues with locked screen. Mute isnt on, volume is up. Nothing. Had this app for 2-3 years and these continual issues have finally forced me to delete it.

Doesnt Prompt When Screen Locked

Wish this app would work like it used to. With the new update, it doesnt prompt you to "run now" or "walk now" when the phone is locked (it used to be able to do this). Meaning, Im missing my intervals unless I constantly check to make sure the phone isnt locked. Fix this please!

great app

It does exactly what it says it does. I like that it now includes warmup and cool down stretches, as Im usually inclined to forget that part. I also like that it now tracks your distance and pace.
